Tidy place, GOOD service, fabulously helpful and efficient staff. Location very close to public transport direct to melb city, errol st nth melb and vic markets, markets and tram stop at end of street and the childrens hospital. Also, to Melbourne's free tram zone.

I have stayed in apartment with the cleanliness of the apartment, large bedrooms, as example for 3 nights. There where a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges too.

This place has a great and comfy location, plus there's parking available on-site. They also offer a nice selection of breakfast goodies! 🥐.

We would be happy to recommend the hotel to family as its location was GOOD. It was a great property in Melbourne.

Here we where in front of few of our favorite spots such as melbourne cricket ground. We liked everything at on chapman including location and service. Its worth staying here and exploring South Melbourne district. Choosing for lunch royal kebab and cafe, which is situated 700 feet away was a good idea.

This place is in an excellent location, surrounded by a nice local area, and is very close to the free tram zone and the Royal Children's Hospital, as well as various restaurants.

I am always cautious when staying in owned and run apartments however the people here are lovely and accommodating, the receptionist who I’m sure is the owner is courteous professional and just lovely.

Nice apartment for the price and the lady at front desk is superbly professional.

I had a great experience at Apartments On Chapman! the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It's conveniently situated near trams and within walking distance to Melbourne's free tram zone, making it easy to explore the area. it's close to the women's and children's hospital, and public transport options are readily available to reach the city, Errol St North Melbourne, and the Victoria Markets.

very nicely appointed, not too far out of the city at all. The apartments are very well set out, quiet and user friendly.

I Like how it is very close to the CBD & hospitals of Melbourne as we had to go to the Royal Childrens Hospital it was clean & the people were friendly.
